Johnny Rockets in Chino Hills Presents Bark for Life

Fundraiser Battles Cancer with Furry Friends at Boys Republic on Oct. 15

WHO/WHAT: Johnny Rockets at the Shoppes in Chino Hills presents the first Annual Bark for Life and Family Festival of Chino Valley on Saturday, Oct. 15, at Boys Republic High School in Chino Hills. Registration starts at 9 a.m. and the event takes place from 10 a.m. – 3 p.m.

This noncompetitive walk and festival will bring together dog lovers throughout Chino Valley and the surrounding communities to celebrate the care giving qualities of our canine “best friends”. There will be entertainment, dog sporting events, including a long jump, and food for everyone.

Funds raised by the Bark for Life will be used to provide services for local cancer patients, community education programs, and national research projects to find cures to defeat this dreaded disease. Humans are free and the entry fee is $20 per dog. The first 200 dogs to pre-register receive a gift bag and a Bark for Life purple bandana.
