This restaurant serves American food. Dogs are allowed at the outdoor tables. Open 7 days a week and located next to boat rental facilities that also allow dogs. Water and treats are provided for your pet. The restaurant features music outside during the summer. This is a very dog friendly restaurant.

A park since 1858, this scenic wooded and hilled peninsula is the place for great outings with shaded seaside grounds, a public pier, grand ocean views, numerous eateries, activity/gaming areas, an historic 1866 carousel, kiddie rides, a bandstand and seating area for outdoor concerts, and more. Dogs are welcome throughout the park and the water areas; they are not allowed in buildings. Dogs must be friendly, under their owner’s control at all times, and leashed and cleaned up after.

Top 200 Places: Kootenai Falls & Swinging Bridge Montana

A major scenic and wildlife viewing attraction, this year around trail (#218) offers access to one of the largest free-flowing waterfalls in the NW; it drops 90 feet in less than a mile with the main falls at 30 feet high. It is 2 miles long and begins north of the footbridge off Highway 2 at an elevation of 1,160 feet where there is also restrooms and a nice treed picnic area. It ends at Forest Service Road #4445 at an elevation of 4,180 feet. Resting stops are along the way; there is a special enclosed pedestrian bridge over the RR that wind down to the Swinging Bridge that overlooks the falls. Dogs are allowed; they must be kept leashed and under their owner’s control at all times.
