Comments:Come one, come all to the 77th Annual Dover Days event featuring the annual Costumed Pet Parade sponsored by TD Bank. Pets of all types except livestock. Prizes will be awarded. Parade through Dover's historic area and festival site, 15,000 in attendance. Entry fee, but half of the proceeds benefit Kent County SPCA or Faithful Friends, your choice.

There will also be many other Halloween themed contests for the dogs with prizes as well as Food and Raffles. Many of our adoptable dogs will be there for you to see and give a loving home too. Come out and visit with our rescues and also bring your pups to have a fun filled day dedicated to the fur balls we love!
