Comments:3rd annual OPEN SWIM FOR DOGS! We give Lava's outdoor 50m pool to the dogs on the Saturday after Memorial Day (no humans allowed in the water!). Dogs can also play in the fully fenced pool area while their humans check out the booths or enter a fun contest. Proceeds are split between the local animal shelter, human society, and Lava HEAT Aquatics to help make learning to swim accessible for all. "It's like Disneyland for dogs," said one happy human.
