Comments:BADASS Dash is an adventure race and obstacle course challenge that features 30+ obstacles at each event. Whether you?ve raced a 5k, 10k, Mud Run, Trail Race, Adventure Race, Triathlon or any ?Athlon?, the BADASS Dash brings participants a course unlike any they've experienced before. The BADASS Dash is open to professionals and amateur OCR racers alike. The BADASS Dash races include obstacles with names like ?Crazy Caro Climb,? ?Australian Back Crawl,? ?Web of Water? and many more. The obstacles are designed to be challenging but achievable for all participants. The race is chip-timed and divisions include an elite category with a modified course and no skipping for the avid athlete, a recreation division for amateurs which, allows you to move at your own pace, a K-9 companion race specially designed for dogs and their owners, and a Kids Dash race with specifically designed obstacles for 4-6 year-olds and 7-13 year-olds.

Comments:18th Annual. Main event: 3 mile footrace for dogs and their human companions (must have a canine partner to enter!!). Limit 150 teams. Also 70 yard dog dash for dogs that have previously run the 3 mile event but can no longer do so due to age or disability. Dash Limit 14. Dogs should be trained to run and be properly vaccinated. Unique categories and prizes. Male/female human categories: overall placement, small and large dog categories, first shelter/rescue dog and veteran dog (>=10). Course is run on heavily shaded park roads. See website for rules and more details.

All walkers, vendors, sponsors and rescues/shelters are welcome to participate! 100% of the funds raised will go directly towards the care, treatment and placement of the homeless animals in our community.
