Comments:5K and 2K Fun Run/Dog Walk to benefit the Jessamine Humane Society in Nicholasville, Kentucky. First 200 entrants will receive a race t-shirt; the next 100 entrants will receive a ball cap. Registration begins at 7:45 am, race begins at 9am. Pre-registration is $15(deadline May 19);$20 on race day. Everyone is asked to bring a can or bag of dog or cat food for the shelter (or donate an additional $2 in lieu of pet food). Door prizes and giveaways.
