Comments:Saskatoon Pets in the Park is organized with the whole family in mind - humans and companion animals. Every year join thousands of animal lovers on Sunday July 6th from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. and take in the great weather, gorgeous setting of a riverbank park and lots of things to do and see. Activities for everyone's enjoyment include - music, food, silent auction, trade booths, demonstrations and the Saskatoon SPCA's Walkathon. Bring your pets (on leash, of course) to this very popular summer event which raises funds for homeless animals cared for by local animal welfare agencies: New Hope Dog Rescue, the Saskatoon SPCA and SCAT Street Cat Rescue Program. Comments:A fun day in the park to spend with your pet (on-leash). Lots going on, including entertainment, food, demonstrations such as dog agility and flyball, police canine unit, silent auction and trade booths. It's a great day in one of Saskatoon's most picturesque parks and all funds raised go to help homeless pets.
