From Memorial Day to Labor Day, this touring company provides a round trip tour to Halibut Cove leaving from the bottom of ramp #1 on the Homer Spit. The boat leaves at noon, passes by Gull Island - the state's largest bird sanctuary, and offers an abundance of marine life viewing along the way to Halibut Cove. Visitors have 2 hours to explore this historic sea town before heading back to main dock. Well mannered dogs are allowed; there is no additional fee for dogs. Dogs must be leashed and under their owner's control at all times. The restaurant, The Saltry, at the cove will also allow dogs at their outside dining area.
