A park of many uses through the years, this "strip" park is now a popular park for bringing together the ethnically and economically diverse neighborhoods of the area with a variety of social and gaming spaces, and it is also home to a number of major events and festivals throughout the year. Dogs are allowed; they must be legally licensed, have a current rabies vaccination, and be under their owner's control, leashed, and cleaned up after at all times.
