This motel's log building offers nine large comfortable rooms with satellite TVs, microwaves, refrigerators and BBQs. The property has a view of Mt. McKinley. They have hiking trails and a canoe which guests can use on a nearby small pond. Call ahead for reservations because they do tend to book up early, especially during the summer. The nice folks here give out pet blankets to put over the furniture if your dog is going to be on the bed or chairs. They are located about 30 miles from Denali National Park. Pets must be on leash when outside of the rooms and may not be left unattended at any time. Dogs under 705pounds are allowed for no additional fee.
