There is an official off-leash area during limited hours in Topaz Park. The hours vary by season and differ on weekdays and weekends. On weekends the off-leash hours are 6 -8 am and 5 - 9 pm year round. On weekdays the off-leash hours are 6 - 10 am and 5 - 9 pm during the summer. From October to March the evening offleash hours go from 4 pm to 9 pm. Dogs are not allowed in any playground areas either on-leash or off-leash, dogs must be under control at all times, must be cleaned up after and must be on-leash whenever they are outside of the off-leash area.
