The two-story Travelodge's 36 smoking and non-smoking rooms all feature cable TV, microwaves, mini-fridges, hairdryers and desks. Non-smoking rooms are available. Free Wi-Fi helps guests stay connected. Unwind year-round in the indoor pool, hot tub and sauna. Pets are welcome for a fee. There is plenty of complimentary parking. The Travelodge is off of Crowsnest Highway in downtown Fernie, in the Elk Valley of the East Kootenay region in southeastern British Columbia. Pass your time fly fishing, boating and exploring the scenic Elk River, just a short walk from the hotel. Outdoor enthusiasts dig the location, less than 10 minutes from Three Sisters and Fernie Alpine Ski Hill. When tummies grumble, it's good to know Thai, Indian, Japanese and Vietnamese fare can be had within walking distance of the property. Guests can also hit the greens within two miles at Fernie Golf and Country Club. Canadian Rockies International Airport is a 65-mile drive west.
