All 550 rooms and public spaces at the mid-rise Fairmont are non-smoking. Charming, well-appointed rooms with village, woodland or mountain view include cable TV, a DVD player, thick robes and down duvets. Just outside are an 18-hole golf course, tennis courts, pools (one with underwater music), hiking trails and ski runs. Stay healthy in the fitness center and enjoy a massage at the Vida Spa. Restaurant options range from casual to fine dining. The resort can help arrange activities including hiking, fishing, horseback riding and skiing. Pet-friendly rooms and parking are available for extra fees. With ski-in/ski-out access to the base of Blackcomb Mountain, the Fairmont is like a village itself. It's also only a mile from all Whistler has to offer: explore restaurants, shops and galleries, visit the Whistler Museum or ice skate at Olympic Plaza. This is a 5 star resort. There is no weight limit for dogs. There is a $25 per night per pet additional fee. They also provide a doggy menu and a pet amenity package.
