Chautauqua Trail travels a little over a mile before intersecting with Bluebell-Baird Trail and leading to a number of other trails that wind through this site; dogs must be leashed in the parking lot and trailhead It is the law that owners who walk their dogs on OSMP land unleashed must be registered with the Voice and Sight Dog Tag Program (available online), and display the tags obtained on the pets collar. Owners who do not plan to walk their dogs off leash do not need to enroll in the program. A dog station is available, and it is required by law that owner's clean up after their pets promptly.
