Visitors can take a step back to the days of the gold rush at the 11,600 square foot Cripple Creek facility that details the cultural and geological history of the area. It also features several interactive exhibits, historical displays, and trails with scenic overlooks. Leashed, friendly dogs are allowed on the trails, at the overlooks, and in the Heritage Center; they must be cleaned up after promptly - especially in the center.
