Dogs on leash are allowed at this Denver mountain park. The park is over 65 acres and offers scenic views including an overlook of Denver and the plains. William "Buffalo Bill" Cody was buried in this park back in 1917. Dogs are not allowed inside the Buffalo Bill Museum. However, you and your pooch can visit the outdoor gravesite of this popular cowboy and frontiersman. You can also take your dog on one of the many hiking trails at the park. To get to the park, take Interstate 70 west to exit 256 (marked as Buffalo Bill Grave). Follow the signs to the park (Buffalo Bills Grave). It will be a winding uphill road.
