Having the distinction of being the only frost-free botanical garden in the continental US, this bio-diverse park is also an arboretum, education center, and wildlife refuge. They often have special events on site, and it is also a significant area in that it is vital to many endangered/threatened flora/fauna. Dogs are allowed; they must be leashed and under their owner's control at all times.
