Proximity to beach/beach services: A short walk 300 yards around the Private lake or a two-minute Free dune buggy ride to the Beach and the Beach front swimming pool. The beach umbrellas and chairs available for a nominal charge, along with the 24-hour Health club. The Four Swimming Pools (1) heated), two (2) Jacuzzis, two (2) Tennis courts, bicycles, kayaks, Paddle boats and children's playground are provided for with the resort fee. Walking trails are all over our resort community.
The condos have a view of the Carillon Private Lake and some have a limited view the Gulf of Mexico from a private balcony. All Condos in the Inn have King size beds, a queen sofa sleeper in the living room, Two flat screen TVs with over 50 channels, play station, hard wired free internet service, in-room personal safes, and fully equipped kitchens. The Premiere Corner Condos have fireplaces (gas) for those cozy fall and winter nights.
This upscale CONDO/hotel offers a number of on site amenities for business and leisure travelers, plus a convenient location to the beach, shopping, dining, and entertainment areas. Dog pets are invited for an additional pet fee of $75 per room per week. Sorry we only have a limited number of pet-friendly rooms available on the first and fourth floors.
