Take a carriage ride through the historic downtown area. They can give you a narrated tour and at night they can even give you a ghost tour of the city. Well-behaved leashed pets are welcome at the driver's discretion. Pets are allowed on the floor of the carriage, but not on the seats. Costs for a private carriage are about $80. The carriages seat four people. If there are just two in your party, the carriage ride can be about $40 if you find another couple to share the carriage ride. The rides are located along the waterfront on Avenida Menendez, near Hypolita Street.
