With an emphasis on sustainable, local, and organic providers, this restaurant and brewery features a daily changing menu of all natural made-from-scratch seasonal cuisine. They butcher their meats and fish in-house and offer gluten free items, fresh bakery goods daily, around 100 new handcrafted beers yearly, daily happy hours, weekly specials, and catering services. They open daily at 11 am (weekends at noon) with the kitchen closing at 10 pm with the bar staying open until midnight. Leashed, well mannered dogs are allowed at their outside dining area, but they request a call ahead to see if there has been a buy-out of the patio for the night or to see if they are busy.
