With an emphasis on sustainable, local, and organic providers, this restaurant and brewery features a daily changing menu of all natural made-from-scratch seasonal cuisine. They butcher their meats and fish in-house and offer gluten free items, fresh bakery goods daily, around 100 new handcrafted beers yearly, daily happy hours, weekly specials, and catering services. They are open Sunday to Wednesday from 11:30 am until 10 pm (bar until 12 am) and Thursday to Saturday from 11:30 am until 11 pm (bar until 1 am). Leashed, well mannered dogs are allowed at their outside dining area.
