The variety of products, produce, homemade creations, entertainments, and activities are as diverse as the many people who visit. There are more than 200 vendors from 47 Iowa counties who gather here. The market is open from 7 AM to Noon on Saturdays, May through October. Dogs are allowed at the market and surrounding area; they must be short leashed (maximum 3ft) in the market area, and on a leash no longer than 6 feet when not. Pets must be kept away from produce and plants, and be hound and human (especially children) friendly. Owners are expected to have current tags and rabies certificate for their pets. Dogs must be cleaned up after expediently.
