Located in a lush natural environment of a 100 acre forest sits this superb example of an 1806 colonial home. It was once inhabited by John J. Audubon, and he did many of his bird drawings here. Other historic buildings are also on site and there are some beautiful walking trails. Dogs are allowed on the grounds; they are not allowed in buildings. Dogs must be leashed and not left unattended at any time.
