As a result, most of the tenants return again and again, thus the name "Boomerang". The house conveniently located in a small neighborhood 2 miles south of town and less than 2 miles from the south shore beaches and on a shuttle bus stop. It's perfect for just about everyone, delightfully comfortable inside, fully decorated & painted in beautiful pastels. The house is on 1/2 acre, so the backyard is very large, private and park-like, it is adjacent to conservation land behind the house. The kitchen is large & equipped with top of the line appliances including an large Viking oven & 6 burner Viking stove & Bosch dishwasher. Outside deck new 08 gas grill & round teak table and umbrella, + picnic table on the deck. The master bedroom is massive by most house standards with a beautifully designed open-beamed ceiling and for 2009, a NEW KING BED. 2nd Bedroom has TWO twins, 3rd bedroom TWO twin beds.
For your kids, there are videos, + VCR + DVD players, rainy day games and puzzles, 2 beach boogie boards, 2 large bins of sand toys. Owners live 3 miles away in summer and are available if you need anything else at all.
All upstairs bedrooms have cathedral ceilings. There is a central upstairs bathroom with a soaking tub with separate shower area, new granite bathroom counters, + half bathroom downstairs renovated 07 with new pedestal sink & plumbing, there is a wonderful new cedar-enclosed private outside shower on rear deck that gets full late afternoon sun after a long day at the beach. Downstairs flooring was just completely refinished in 07. One well behaved crate trained large dog, or two small dogs are always welcome. Call owner for the official doggie guidelines.
