MayDOG is a 501c3 community group for dog owners in the Maynard, MA area. Our mission is two-fold: to promote responsible dog ownership, and to build community through safe, legal off-leash recreation in the Maynard area. To fulfill our mission, we hold regular educational and social events for local dog owners, distribute educational materials, and encourage local businesses to make their businesses more dog friendly. We are also working with town officials to create a new multi-use recreation area, including a fenced dog park, at the site of a former landfill.
