A central location with some rooms that look directly into Orioles Park at Camden Yards, the Hilton Baltimore Convention Center hits a homerun for our guests. The hotel's location also makes it ideal if you're in town for a business meeting or a stroll around the harbor. Recognizable by its gleaming white façade, the 20-story hotel became a part of the city skyline in 2008. It's designed for traveling business executives, so each of the 757 non-smoking rooms has a spacious desk with wired and Wi-Fi internet connections for a fee. (There's free Wi-Fi downstairs in the bar and restaurant.) After a hard day at the virtual office, there are plush mattresses with down pillows and duvets, 37-inch flat-panel TVs with on-demand entertainment and connections for your mp3 player. Granite bathrooms are filled with the types of products you might find at a spa. There are top-of-the-line amenities in the exercise room, including the latest strength-training and calorie-burning equipment, as well as an indoor lap pool, a hot tub and a sauna. Note: Due to the hotel's location inside the track of the Grand Prix of Baltimore, the garage will not be accessible between the hours of 7AM-7PM on August 30-31 and September 1, 2013. Please call the hotel (after booking) for more information. Connected to the Baltimore Convention Center by an elevated walkway, the Hilton Baltimore is also close to the downtown business district. Orioles Park at Camden Yards is across the street, and M&T Bank Stadium is a few blocks south. The Babe Ruth Museum and the Sports Legends Museum, favorites for baseball fans, are both within two blocks of the hotel. The Inner Harbor, home of the Maryland Science Center, is a 10-minute walk east. Amtrak's Pennsylvania Station is one mile north, and Baltimore-Washington Thurgood Marshall International Airport, the city's closest air travel hub, is 10 miles south. At the Hilton Baltimore, sports fans are in their element. Even guests who don't know a thing about baseball will appreciate the comfy rooms and proximity to all the sights.
Located in the city's inner harbor district downtown, this upscale hotel also offers an excellent location to historic, cultural, and business districts. Dogs up to 75 pounds are allowed for an additional one time fee of $50 per pet.
