There are now 2 pet friendly, fully equipped homes available here; the Knox House in Bar Harbor that offers its own 150+ yard golf practice area, with 6 acres of open fields for your pup to run, and the Jordan Point House on 23 acres in Lamoine that overlooks the Bar Harbor Golf Course and the water. This house also has a 20' x 50' foot fenced shaded yard with a doggy door so pups can be comfortable inside or out if the owners are away. Dogs of all sizes are allowed for an additional fee of $25 per dog. Dogs must be house trained, well behaved, and cleaned up after inside and out.
