At Willard Beach there are restrooms, lifeguards, and parking for 75 cars. Dogs are only allowed on the beach from 6:00 a.m. to 9:00 a.m. year round. Dogs must be kept away from bird eggs and out of the dunes. There are dog bag stations at many entrances to the mile long beach. Dogs must be cleaned up after at all times. Dogs must be leashed at all times or off-leash and under excellent voice control within a limited distance of the owner.
