Free internet, free breakfast and full kitchens sweeten the pot at the Towneplace Suites by Marriott Kalamazoo, a pet-friendly, all-suite hotel. The three-story, 80-room hotel is non-smoking. Rooms have separate sleeping and living areas, with sofa beds for extra space. All rooms feature full kitchens so you can save a little green by making some of your own meals. There is a handy in-room work area with free wired internet, and Wi-Fi is available in the hotel's public areas, including the 24-hour business center. The 24-hour lobby convenience store means you'll never go snackless, and the 24-hour gym lets you squeeze in a workout anytime. There is also an indoor heated pool and hot tub for splashing or soaking as you desire. Every morning there is a free continental breakfast so you can enjoy your day's most important meal; and there is a picnic and barbecue area if you're feeling outdoorsy and do-it-yourself. Parking is free. The Towneplace Suites is located off of I-94, seven miles southwest of downtown Kalamazoo. There are several casual dining options within walking distance, and Kalamazoo Valley Community College is a five-minute walk away. It's only a 10-minute drive to the Air Zoo, one of the area's most popular attractions, with rides, flight simulators and rare aircraft on display. Western Michigan University's main campus is six miles and Kalamazoo/Battle Creek International Airport is seven miles away. With a "fresh and inviting decor," the rooms at this Towneplace Suites are a hit with our guests, who also like the free breakfast and internet access. They declare that they "will definitely stay here again."
