This historic university was established in 1817, covers 3,176 acres and with the arboretum-20,965 acres, was the first major university to admit women. Dogs are allowed to explore this beautiful campus; they are not allowed in any of the buildings. Dogs must be under their owner's control, leashed, and cleaned up after at all times.
