This is a large and fenced 28 acre off-leash area with a pond. A daily or annual pass is required. A daily pass is $5 and can be purchased at the park. An annual pass is $30 and covers all persons and dogs in the household. If a second pass is desired, it is $15. To purchase an annual pass, call 763-559-9000 or visit www.threeriversparkdistrict.org. Outside of the off-leash area there is a 1.1 mile hiking trail for people with leashed dogs.
