Featured in the Guinness Book of World Records, and home to the finding of the world's largest sapphire-at 1,445 carats, this mine is one of the oldest operating mines in the state. Dogs are allowed on the grounds. Dogs must be well behaved, under their owner's control at all times, leashed, and cleaned up after at all times.
