Sustainable business practices and souring all natural and organic ingredients are a main focus of this cafe. In addition to offering only organic, Direct Trade and shade grown coffee and coffee specialties, the baristas at this cafe also serve up all natural milkshakes from grass fed dairy cows, real fruit smoothies, and a number of signature specialties that can only be found here. They are open Monday to Friday from 7 am until 6 pm and on Saturday and Sunday from 8 am until 4 pm. Leashed, well mannered dogs are allowed at their outside dining area with. Water bowls and treats are usually ready for their canine guests as well.
