Accessible by boat or ferry only, this park consists of 56 miles of beaches covering 4 barrier islands, and dogs are allowed on the beaches here. They must be leashed and cleaned up after at all times. They suggest bringing fresh water for pets as there is little shade on the island and dogs are not allowed in buildings. Dogs may not be left alone at any time.
