One bedroom has a king bed and private bathroom. Another has a queen bed. The third has 2 single beds.

The waterfront sunroom is surrounded by decks, benches, and a screened porch with a second dining area.

The kitchen is complete with dishwasher, pots, pans, toaster, coffee maker, mixer, microwave, dishes, and dining area. The adjacent utility room has a washer and dryer.

The living room is equipped with a 32-inch television with cable, a DVD player and a library of movies, and Bose surround sound.

Also present are books, games, binoculars, linens, and towels. Cleaning service is included.

RENTAL POLICY AND AGREEMENT
Check-in time begins at 3 PM.
Check-out time is prior to 11 AM.

Reservation requirements - To secure a reservation, mail a $600 reservation deposit payable to Tom Foster (or $650 if you are bringing a dog) and a signed copy of the Rental Agreement to the 862 Crow Hill Rd Beaufort NC 28516. $500 of that is one half the weekly rent (plus $50 for your dog) and $100 is a refundable cleaning deposit . Owner accepts certified funds, money orders, and checks drawn on U.S. banks. Owner must receive the reservation deposit and signed Rental Agreement within 5 days after booking has been made or the reservation will be canceled. Balance of rental fee is due two weeks prior to arrival.

Cancellation - there will be no refund for cancellations occurring less than 2 weeks prior to arrival date. For a refund of reservation fee, cancellations must be in writing and postmarked or emailed 14 days prior to arrival date. You should reserve at least 3 weeks before your vacation to allow for these deadlines.
