This 6,000+ acre park has a 225 acre lake making for a variety of land and water recreation, and especially popular for fishing and hiking. Dogs are allowed throughout the park on leash from September 1st through April 31st, and from May 1st through August 31 they are allowed in the dog training area only. They may be off lead in the training area if they are under good voice control. Dogs must be cleaned up after at all times.
