With the philosophy and cooking methods based on the ancient holistic Ayurveda healing system of a balanced body, mind and spirit, this organic vegan eatery offers a wide variety of made-from-scratch healthy food choices. They also have gluten free items, daily homemade soups, daily menu specials, a daily Chai happy hour, fair trade certified and organic espresso/coffee, and a choice variety of teas. Cooking classes are also offered on Saturdays at 2209 Silver Avenue SE in Albuquerque. They are open Monday to Saturday from 9 am until 9 pm and on Sunday from 10 am until 8 pm (hours may change in summer). Leashed, well mannered dogs are allowed at their outside dining area.
