Cornell Plantations is a museum of plants including the arboretum and botanical garden of Cornell University. See the crop garden portraying how technology and other cultures have influenced American gardens. Additionally, plants native to New York grow in the wildflower garden and a number of trails allow for hiking and nature study. The grounds are open free of charge from sunrise to sunset daily. Dogs are allowed on a short lead.
