Small dogs in a cage or carrier are allowed on these ferries. The ferry service provides passenger transportation between St. George, Staten Island and Whitehall Street in Manhattan. The 25 minute ride provides a great view of New York Harbor, the Statue of Liberty and Ellis Island.
