A significant area in the early settlement of the country, this site is now dedicated to detailing the history of the Cherokee People and its beginnings. It's also a nice place for a picnic, plus they are host to a variety of special events during the year. Although not allowed in the museum, pooches can find plenty to explore on the grounds. Dog must be leashed and under their owner's control at all times.
