This beach is home to the world's longest freshwater beach and is a prime tourist attraction. Dogs are allowed on one designated section - beach area #3. Otherwise dogs must stay on the grassy area that follows along the beach. This park closes in winter and there are no restrooms available; however, gate #1 is still left open for visitors. Dogs are allowed on no more than a 6 foot leash, and they must be cleaned up after promptly at all times.
