Guided wilderness adventures for you and your special canine companion is the specialty of this adventure tour group. All of the guides are ORCA (Ontario Recreational Canoe Association) certified, have Wilderness First Aid Certificates, and are personable and informative for a fun adventure. One to 4 day and weekend trips are offered with activities for all seasons: There is summer canoeing, spring and fall hiking, winter skijoring, and more. Areas visited include McCrae Lake, Toronto's harbour front, Haliburton Highlands, Algonquin Park, and Killarney. All the gear for the trips, meals, and lodging while on the "petspeditions" are including in the fees. Fees range from $120 to about $560 per person including pet. As a result of new rulings, passports are now required for entry to Canada, and be sure to have an official government veterinarian Health Certificate indicating good health and a 6 month period of rabies-free contact for your pet. Off leash is encouraged, and dogs must be under their owner's control/care at all times.
