This scenic park sits at the mouth of the Coquille River on Oregon's south coast, and features a historic lighthouse that is located at the end of the beach access road. During the summer months they offer evening history, nature and entertainment programs in the park's amphitheater. Park amenities also include a variety of trails, 4.5 miles of beach, historic sites and displays, a boat launch, ADA restrooms, interpretive signage, and various land and water recreation. The park is open daily from 7 a.m. to sunset. Dogs of all sizes are allowed for no additional fee. Dogs may not be left unattended at any time, and they must be on no more than a 6 foot leash, and cleaned up after. Dogs are allowed on all the trails and throughout the park. There is camping at this park with full RV hook-ups, and dogs are allowed at tent or RV sites, but not at the yurts.
