Located on the Malheur National Wildlife Refuge, this non-profit, environmental research and education field center is dedicated to learning and educating others about the rich natural history of the Great Basin. They offer workshops, naturalist tours, lodging, Natural History Museum exhibits and a bookstore. Dogs are allowed in the mobile homes for an additional fee of $6 per night per pet year around; in the winter they are also allowed in the kitchenette unites. There is no additional pet fee for the RV area. Dogs must be declared at the time of reservations, and they must be kept leashed and cleaned up after promptly.
