Home to the tallest lighthouse in Oregon, this day-use park also offers an interpretive center, and the headlands provide visitors with one of the most accessible wildlife and ocean viewing locations on the Pacific Coast. The lighthouse is undergoing restoration, and may not be available to the public for a time to come; the grounds are open all year from sunrise to sunset. Dogs of all sizes are allowed. They must be on no more than a 6 foot leash, cleaned up after, and friendly. Dogs are allowed on the trails and down to the beach, but they are not allowed in the bird nesting areas or where otherwise posted.
