The loft-style design at the non-smoking Aloft Philadelphia Airport gets good reviews, as do the complimentary airport shuttle and speedy internet access and the convenient location. Spread over five floors, the Aloft's 136 non-smoking rooms have it all: 42-inch flat-panel TVs with in-room movies and video games, a plug-and-play console for your electronic devices and free wired and wireless internet access. Nine-foot ceilings, wide windows and walk-in showers give the rooms a light, airy feel. Refrigerators and coffeemakers come in handy, as do ergonomic work areas. Pets are welcome. You can swim laps in the heated indoor pool or work out in the 24-hour fitness room with cardio and strength-training equipment. There's a snack center that's open around the clock, as well as a trendy bar. An airport shuttle is on the house, and parking is available. A stone's throw from I-95, the Aloft gets you on the interstate in a flash. Citizens Bank Park, home field of MLB's Phillies, and Lincoln Financial Field, home of the NFL's Eagles, is five miles away. If you have kids in tow, the Please Touch Museum is nine miles north in beautiful Fairmont Park. Also nine miles away are Independence Hall and the city's other historical sights from the Revolutionary War. The terminals of Philadelphia International Airport are three miles away. The staff is "very professional and accommodating" at the Aloft Philadelphia Airport, which our guests say has a "perfect" location near the airport, a "unique" design and "comfortable" rooms.
This loft-inspired and state-of-the-art hotel offers a number of amenities for business and leisure travelers, various help-yourself features for customizing your travels, a children's program, and a convenient airport location only 5 miles from center city. Dogs up to 50 pounds are allowed for no additional fee; there is a pet waiver to sign at check in. Canine guests also receive a doggy bed, dinnerware, toys, and woof-alicious treats.
