Located at the Klein Museum, this memorial details significant events that happened here in the early 1800s and how they were resolved. Also on site is the memorial called the Fool Soldier Band Monument, and it pays homage to a humanitarian act of courage when a young Teton Sioux tribe bartered for white captives from another tribe and then returned the captives to their homes. Leashed dogs are allowed on site; they are not allowed in buildings.
