All the coffee is organic and Fair Trade at this cafe and roasting company. You can also watch the roasting factory in action while enjoy fresh pastries and made to order house specialties of breakfast items, bagels, sandwiches, salads, and several choices for vegetarians. They are open Monday to Friday from 6:30 am until 6 pm and on Saturday and Sunday from 7 am until 6 pm. Leashed, well mannered dogs are allowed at their outside dining area.
