Welcome to Brownfield, located in a small farming community 37 miles south of Lubbock, Texas. Cotton and peanuts are the main crops in the area. New peanut processing plants as well as a new dairy plant are important industries in our thriving town. Brownfield is host to the Terry County Harvest Festival sponsored by an active Chamber of Commerce. Located on Highway 62-82, the BEST WESTERN Caprock Inn is very accommodating to travelers from Dallas, South Texas, New Mexico, Arizona and Oklahoma. Our rooms feature free high-speed Internet access, microwaves, refrigerators, coffee makers, hairdryers, iron and ironing boards. Don't miss our tasty breakfast each morning from 6:00 a.m. to 9:00 a.m.
