Thought to be anywhere from 200 to 500 years old with evidence of occupation of more than a thousand years, this unique museum and art gallery of the past features over 1,600 ancient paintings, and can be viewed from a path below. Visitors should call ahead for an appointment to make sure that someone will be there. Dogs are allowed, but they must be hound, human, and farm animal friendly. There is a short drive either with the curator or to follow in your own vehicle. They ask that pets remain in the vehicle while registering for the tour and so other animals can be put inside if necessary. Dogs must be well mannered, kept short leashed, and under their owner's control at all times.
